Kraft Dinner Bison Casserole

1 pound ground bison
1 package Kraft Dinner
1 can mushrooms
1 cup chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans tomato soup, mixed with ½ can milk
1 can corn niblets
1 cup peas
2 tsp parsley
½ green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown meat. Add celery, onions and garlic until tender. Prepare Kraft Dinner as on box, but omit margarine. Add remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Stir well.

Place in casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and return to oven to melt.

This casserole freezes well, unbaked.
