2 pounds ground bison
4 cups macaroni, boiled
until tender
2 tsp salt
1 large onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
¼
cup brown sugar
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 tin tomato soup
1 quart canned tomatoes,
whipped in blender
1 tin mushrooms, optional
Brown bison.
Add onion and celery and cook until vegetables are tender. Add cooked macaroni,
seasonings, tomato soup, tomatoes and mushrooms. Stir together and transfer to
casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or
until heated through.
