pound ground bison
1 small onion, chopped
1 pre-baked Italian bread shell
crust, or crust of your choice (baked on a 12-inch pan)
1 can (8 ounces) pizza
sauce
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
20 dill pickle coin slices
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp
pizza or Italian seasoning
In a skillet, cook bison and
onion until meat is no longer pink; season with seasoning; set aside. Spread pizza
sauce on baked crust. Top with meat mixture, bacon, pickles and cheeses.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
