Bison Meat Loaf

1 ½ pounds ground bison
1 cup rolled oats
1 eggs, beaten
¾ cup milk
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Combine well and shape into a log. Drizzle ketchup over loaf and pour ½ cup boiling water around it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (making sure that it does not bake dry; add more water, if necessary).
