pound ground bison
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
½ cup dry
bread crumbs
2 tbsp dry minced onion, or finely chopped fresh onion
¾
tsp salt
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Mix together.
Shape into 1 ½ inch balls. Bake in oven until browned, 350 degrees for
20 - 30 minutes. Use with your favorite sauce or try the one below.
