1/3 cup flour
1½
tsp each salt, pepper, paprika, and dry mustard
3 pounds round bison steak,
cut into serving-size pieces
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp margarine
1½
cups water
1½ cup sour cream
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 garlic
cloves, minced
1/3 cup soya sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
In
shallow bowl, combine flour and spices; cover steak. Fry steak in oil and butter
on both sides until browned.
Place in slow cooker. Mix remaining
ingredients together and pour over steak.
Cook for 8 6 - 8
hours on low heat, until tender.
