Great Tasting Bison Meat Recipes
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 medium green pepper, cut into bite-size pieces

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in pineapple with juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Add green pepper, cover and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add meatballs and heat through.

Yield: 4 - 6 servings
