1 pound ground bison
1 ½ cups
water
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 ½ cups Minute Rice, uncooked
1
cup Kraft Tex Mex shredded cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups chopped
tomatoes
Crushed tortilla chips and sour cream for garnish
Brown meat
in large skillet. Add water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to a boil.
Stir
in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Top
with lettuce and tomatoes. Garnish with chips and sour cream before serving.
